B.Sc - Fashion and Apparel Design
- Course Duration : 3 years
- Eligibility : Candidates who have completed Two years Pre – University course of Karnataka State or its equivalent are eligible for admission into this course as notified by the University from time to time.
Course Outcome
- The students are provided with practical exposure through industry visits and workshops, aimed at helping them understand the shop floor experience and the skills needed for the future.
- The department conducts exhibition-cum-sale, window displays, and various other activities through the fashion club to impart visual merchandising and retailing knowledge to students, as well as to nurture their entrepreneurial skills.
- Every year, the department organizes Portfolio Presentations and the academic Fashion show VASTRA, providing a platform for budding fashion designers to showcase their talents and gain valuable experience.
